Opposition to Brett Kavanaugh reached a fever pitch over the weekend.
Left-wing activists stormed Washington D.C. in protest of Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the Supreme Court.
And this major celebrity got arrested for it.
Anti-Kavanaugh Protesters Freaking Out
Raging mobs of leftists ascended upon D.C. and flooded the hallways of Congress to demand “no” votes on Kavanaugh.
Several major celebrities also participated in the protests including comedian Amy Schumer.
Schumer had joined other protesters in the Hart Senate Building where most Senators have their offices.
While it’s perfectly legal to enter, making a scene is not.
Protesters were screaming and blocking hallways.
It escalated so badly that police had to step in and threaten to arrest them if they didn’t disperse.
Many protesters backed down at that point, but Schumer refused and allowed police to arrest her.
The arrest wasn’t major, mostly meant to disperse the crowd.
But it shows just how reckless the left has become.
Instead of politely airing their grievances, they believe they are entitled to get their way.
Judge Kavanaugh’s Opposition
Protesters have become especially vicious due to claims of sexual assault levied against Kavanaugh.
Three different women came out with accusations against Brett Kavanaugh.
Christine Blasey Ford accused Kavanaugh for attempted rape, one other woman claimed he exposed himself to her, and a third says she saw him at “gang rape parties.”
Media outlets like CNN and MSNBC trotted their stories despite the lack of evidence.
In fact, the FBI found no proof in Ford’s allegations.
President Trump Defends Kavanaugh
With Brett Kavanaugh successfully confirmed to the Supreme Court, the Democrats will be working overtime to plan and enact their next scheme.
That’s why President Trump has been a strong defender of Kavanaugh and his right for due process.
Trump is no stranger to false allegations and politically motivated attacks.
Since the 2016 Presidential election, nearly two dozen women have leveled sexual misconduct allegations against him.
But none of them have proof either.
Trump was one of the most controversial candidates in history and the left hates him more than anybody.
But thanks to Trump and the Senate Republicans not backing down in the face of unhinged liberal attacks and smears, Kavanaugh has finally been confirmed.
Do you think Kavanaugh is guilty of sexual assault?
